By accessing or using Slidekick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Slidekick provides tools to upload videos, convert segments into GIFs, and insert them directly into Google Slides presentations. We utilize Google APIs to facilitate this integration.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must retain ownership rights to any content you upload.
4. Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your uploaded videos and generated GIFs. By using the Service, you grant Slidekick a license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Pricing and Billing
Slidekick is offered as a Monthly subscription ($4.99/month) or a Lifetime one-time purchase ($99). Payment is required before access to the dashboard. Monthly subscribers may cancel anytime from the billing portal. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall Slidekick be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
